RiverCity Motorway Group is a Queensland company established to build, own and operate Brisbane’s first private tollway, the Clem Jones Tunnel (CLEM7).

The Group was publicly listed on the ASX (code: RCY) in 2006. RCY is currently suspended from trading on the ASX following the appointment of Administrators and Receivers and Managers on 25 February 2011.

RiverCity Motorway has established the FLOW Tolling business to provide tolling and customer service for the CLEM7.  FLOW Tolling has also been selected by Brisbane City Council to provide tolling and customer service for the Go Between Bridge (formerly named Hale Street Link).
